Once you’ve enrolled and accessed our online courses, we’re unable to offer refunds. We put a lot of love into our lessons, and we’re here to help if you face any issues accessing or using them — just reach out and we’ll make it right!

For Baking Products:
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our freshly made baking products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been dispatched. However, if there’s any issue with your order — like damage or a mix-up — please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and keep you smiling!
